Unlike other companies, we offer truly unlimited prints and onsite reprints! For example, if a group photo is taken, we will print as many photos needed and give it to each person. There’s nothing better than offering guests complimentary prints as it allows maximum usage of your hashtag – included as standard. We don’t charge extra or charge per print so there is no need to worry about how much it will cost you per print.

INSTAPRINT TECH & SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
All of our services include an InstaPrint Tech to fully set up the printer and live social wall. They will also be responsible to train any staff members on how it works and give an insight into the best ways to engage with guests. For larger events we can include social media brand ambassadors to help attendees and boost hashtag interactions. That means a lot more prints and maximum hashtag/brand exposure. Our aim is to encourage guests to take photos whilst having a good time.
HASHTAG PROMOTION
Our social media experts will work directly with you to find out how we are able to help make your event the biggest possible success. We’ll help get the word out so people know they will get free prints if they use your hashtag. For every event, we promote the hashtag directly on our interactive screen and through our social media channels. Plus, we can monitor the hashtag prior to the event, which is a nice surprise for guests when they arrive.
INTERACTIVE SCREEN & EVENT VISUALS
Our hashtag printers include a user-friendly touchscreen that can be fully branded with custom visuals. We encourage guests to touch, swipe and print themselves. A great addition to our printers is the Live Social Wall, which displays all social media content on a big screen! At previous events, we have passed out “how-to” cards, made pin-up boards, announced it over loud speakers, created promotional signage, worn promo t-shirts and utilised big screens.
POST EVENT ANALYTICS
After each event, we provide you with all the digital images and a post event analytics sheet that show the success of your hashtag on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook. Your event analytics are tracked by one of the leading social media companies that monitor the number of public social media impressions, total reach, interactions, geographical locations, popular tags and more. We also have stats on the number of prints, reprints, hashtag growth, unique users, and top users.
